I'd been using the 5% solution for years. My hair is pretty far gone, so I didn't expect a miracle, but the 15% made a noticeable difference after several months.

This product worked really fast for my husband, I was pretty surprised actually because he grew back almost all the hair he lost, we didn't even need to take pictures to notice a difference. He has now been using this for 6 months and only uses it once per day now instead of two in order to maintain. I am VERY IMPRESSED with the product! He is a Regular user.

As a middle-aged woman losing her hair from anemia, I was starting to panic. My dermatologist told me to use minoxidil foam at 'full' strength (5%) twice a day because I complained that liquid minoxidil made my roots greasy, and since I prefer to wear my hair shoulder length, I don't want to have to wash it and style it every day before work. When I found this 15% product, I decided to give it a try, and I'm thrilled that it is not greasy, so you cannot tell that anything has been applied to my roots. I will be much more consistent about using this product, despite its cost, IF I see new hair starting to grow within 60 days. I may decide to drop back to once a day or a lower concentration, but I hope this is just the 'jump start' my scalp needs to activate those inactive hair follicles again!

Ok, so I had my doubts when I got it a few months ago. However, it actually does work for me MUCH better than the regular 5% stuff you get at the drug store. And, I only have to apply it once a day, not twice like the weaker solution.
